Victoria Bowling Club books their place at the Champion of State Pennant Finals

Regional Champions and Moama awaits! 💙🤍

A fantastic achievement by the team, claiming the regional title and now earning the opportunity to represent our region in Moama. Hard work, teamwork and determination have paid off, and the journey continues on the bigger stage.

Travelling to Woodend to take on Romsey Bowling Club, it was a battle all game to gather ascendency. In the end, Victoria was able to triumph by 15 shots with telling wins to Barry Clark’s rink (24-9) and a late surge by Craig Ford’s rink to get up (21-17). Jarrod Burt’s four were able to collect 7 shots over the last 5 ends to take the pressure off.
